1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Dealomate Shipping's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Dealomate Shipping operates as a licensed auto shipping broker. We arrange transportation of vehicles from US locations to international destination ports by connecting customers with third-party freight carriers. We do not own or operate the vessels, containers, or trucking equipment used in transport.
3. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding contract. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing is confirmed upon acceptance of a formal shipping agreement. Quotes are subject to change based on carrier availability, fuel surcharges, port fees, and other factors.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for: ensuring the vehicle is legally owned and free of liens at time of shipment; providing accurate vehicle information including make, model, year, and condition; ensuring all required export documents, titles, and customs paperwork are complete; and paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or port charges at the destination country.
5. Liability
Dealomate Shipping acts solely as a broker. Our liability is limited to the brokerage fee paid. We are not liable for damage, loss, or delay caused by third-party carriers, acts of nature, port congestion, customs holds, or events beyond our reasonable control. Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate cargo insurance for their vehicle.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the individual shipping agreement. We reserve the right to cancel services if payment obligations are not met. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the shipment. Once a vehicle has been loaded into a container or picked up by a carrier, cancellation may not be possible and full payment may be due.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable US law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
